The AFEW (African Fund for Endangered Wildlife) Giraffe Centre is located in Langata, just outside Nairobi. It was established in order to protect the endangered giraffe, that is found only in the grasslands of East Africa. The Giraffe Centre is open from 9 AM to 5 PM, seven days a week.
